Debbie Fiorino Senior Vice President

Debbie is our fearless leader who inspires her team and our franchise owners to be the best of the best in the industry. She singlehandedly changed our company culture when she joined in 2014, instilling the mindset that our agent’s success is our only business. Her emphasis on transparency and relationships has trickled down to staff and has positively impacted our growth. Her open-door policy and day-to-day interactions with franchise owners means she has her finger on the pulse of our franchise owner network, she will value your input to learn how we can better serve you. With more than 25 years of experience in business and leadership and 15 years in the travel industry, Debbie started her career with our parent company World Travel Holdings in 2002 in Human Resources, where she was a senior executive. With expansive knowledge in driving strategy and plans for growth and success, Debbie saw a correlation in how her HR skills could benefit a revenue-producing division of our parent company. She previously served at companies including KaBloom, Bertucci’s Corporation and Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Debbie’s Dream Vacation is Bora Bora.

Drew Daly
Drew Daly General Manager, Network Engagement & Performance

Drew is a long-time member of the World Travel Holdings’ family. In fact, his career started as a travel agent and he quickly moved up the ranks into sales management. His charismatic personality makes him perfect for this role, where he oversees all agent-facing functions including Marketing, Training, Support Services, Sales and Business Development. Drew’s team provides ongoing award-winning training and marketing programs, as well as networking opportunities throughout the year that will give you the skill set and confidence to own a successful travel franchise. As a leader in the travel industry, Drew sits on several boards and will serve as your voice among other industry thought leaders. He is currently the Chairman of CLIA’s Strategic Travel Agent Review Board (Cruise Lines International Association) and on the Board of Directors for PATH-the Professional Association of Travel Hosts. He is also a member of the American Society of Travel Agents and of the Executive Leadership Broward Class of 2017. Drew is a regular contributor offering travel advice and tips on NBC and FOX affiliates, and is a contributor in travel trade publications as an industry expert. These interviews add credibility to our brand image, which in the end will help you do business. Drew’s Dream Vacation is going to the islands of Tahiti.

Joelle Delva, CFE Vice President, Operations

Joelle has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 23 years, and it all started here as a summer temp receptionist for two weeks. Since then she has worked every single position within the Operations department, and has literally walked in the footsteps of her entire team. She truly is a “Joelle-of-all-trades” and has experience in a myriad of positions including payroll, finance, telecommunications and information technology. Joelle oversees the day-to-day operation of the employees who make our customers’ needs a reality, and develops policies and procedures toward fiscal responsibility while delivering quality services. Joelle’s team will ensure that your client’s bookings are entered properly and that you receive your commissions, you will also work closely with them when you sign and renew your contract. In addition, Joelle oversees the Groups Concierge team which will help you grow and manage your groups business. Her personal mission is to have customers who are deliriously happy with our attention to detail, and agents with the bottom-line. Joelle is a rising star and would be your representative in the franchise industry. She is currently studying to become a Certified Franchise Executive and sits on the Diversity Board of the International Franchise Association. Joelle’s Dream Vacation is to South America and the Amazon.

Sandi Szalay
Sandi Szalay Vice President, Information Technology

For more than a decade, Sandi has taken the company’s technological evolution to extraordinary heights. You’ll have comfort in knowing that as a franchise owner your technology resources are at the forefront of the travel franchise industry with our proprietary software development and unrivaled technical support. This includes but is not limited to the creation of and continuous enhancements to My Cruise Control, a 3-in-1 state-of-the-art customer relationship manager, booking engine and financial management tool; Cruise Fare Watch which will make you a hero to your customers when you can save them money and obtain upgrades at no extra cost to them; the award-winning eQuote tool which will help you book more dream vacations by being a marketing and sales tool; and much more. A committee of franchise owners works closely with the IT department to design IT resources with our network of travel agents in mind. Her team, which provides the largest technology support in the franchise industry, is making it possible for you to work from anywhere in the world. Sandi won the first ever CIO (Chief Information Officer) award from the South Florida Business Journal, and was recognized as a Corporate I.T. leader by Women in eCommerce. Previously, Sandi held various senior leadership positions with Interzine Productions; a leader in interactive leisure sports websites. Sandi’s Dream Vacation is an African Safari River Cruise.

Rosemarie Reed Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Rosemarie has been with the company for nearly 10 years – she started in IT and eventually transferred to marketing where she started as an ecommerce manager and worked her way up to become vice president. Rosemarie is an innovative thinker with big ideas that will help you market yourself and increase sales. In addition to “dreaming” up Dream Vacations, she has transformed the marketing department in creating “rich and creative” promotions that entice consumers and increase sales for our network of agents. Rosemarie has been at the forefront of digitizing the company’s marketing efforts and transforming print materials to adapt to the changing needs of consumers. She oversaw the re-design and re-branding of the consumer websites and the creation of their mobile-friendly versions, created a video asset library, developed an innovative online advertising campaign, implemented email marketing campaigns and more. Rosemarie’s Dream Vacation is waking up in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora.
