Natalie has over 20 years of experience in travel, sales, and the cruise industry, her passion for travel and exploration has taken her to continued success in the travel industry. A sales team leader at Crystal Cruises, Natalie also served in leadership positions at Azamara and Celebrity Cruises, where she developed a focus on the luxury market. As a leader, she is enthusiastic about assisting entrepreneurs grow and discover our franchise opportunities. An avid traveler herself, Natalie’s favorite destination is Thailand, although she loves to share stories and advice about her home country, Peru. Although she lives in Miami now, she enjoys cooking and sharing her favorite Peruvian dishes. We are very pleased to have Natalie on our team!
