Having served as a sales team leader at Crystal Cruises, Natalie also held leadership positions at Azamara and Celebrity Cruises, where she developed a focus on the luxury market. As a leader, she is enthusiastic about assisting entrepreneurs grow and thrive. Her dedication to our franchise owners means that she is committed to finding our business owners ever-stronger pathways towards success. An avid traveler herself, Natalie loves to share stories and advice about her home country, Peru – and destinations around the world. Natalie’s dream vacation is a trip to Thailand.
