Joelle Delva, CFE

Joelle has worked in the cruise vacation industry for 30 years, and it all started here as a summer temp receptionist for two weeks. Since then she has worked every single position within the Operations department, and has literally walked in the footsteps of her entire team. She truly is a “Joelle-of-all-trades” and has experience in a myriad of positions including payroll, finance, telecommunications and information technology. Joelle oversees the day-to-day operation of the employees who make our customers’ needs a reality, and develops policies and procedures toward fiscal responsibility while delivering quality services. Joelle’s team will ensure that your client’s bookings are entered properly and that you receive your commissions, you will also work closely with them when you sign and renew your contract. In addition, Joelle oversees the Groups Concierge team which will help you grow and manage your group business. Her personal mission is to have customers who are deliriously happy with our attention to detail, and agents with the bottom-line. Joelle is a rising star and would be your representative in the franchise industry. She is a Certified Franchise Executive, the premiere certification in franchising, and sits on the Diversity Board of the International Franchise Association. Joelle’s Dream Vacation is to South America and the Amazon.
