Joelle Delva’s career with our organization began as a summer receptionist in 1990, and she has since held roles across payroll, finance, IT, and more. This experience gives her a detailed, unique perspective as she oversees daily operations, policies, and the systems that ensure smooth bookings and commission payments for franchisees. Joelle also leads our Groups Concierge team, helping advisors expand their group business. A Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), she serves on the International Franchise Association’s Diversity Board. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Joelle works to keep our franchise owners delighted and thriving! Her dream vacation is exploring South America and the Amazon.
