Charity Santiago joined World Travel Holdings in 2014 as a Training Specialist and has since built a reputation for creating engaging programs that help franchisees succeed. She leads weekly virtual training meetups and develops educational resources designed to equip our franchise owners for success – regardless of prior experience. Charity enhances our in-person and virtual events with her expertise and energy – and her passion for community and learning shines through every day. Enthusiastic about creating “lightbulb moments,” Charity’s training resources have won accolades from publications like Northstar Media and Travel Weekly. Before her career in travel, Charity taught grammar school students and adult English-language learners. Charity’s dream vacation is exploring the wonders of Iceland.
