Drew Daly. 

Tolkin provided his expert observations on where the cruise industry is heading in 2019 and inspired agents to realign their loyalty strategy by focusing on having an obsessive focus on the customer. He noted “I am excited and optimistic about where this industry is headed. The economy continues to be strong, there is a substantial increase in capacity on the horizon and new, well-known players are entering the cruise market such as Virgin Atlantic and Ritz Carlton. These tailwinds coupled with an obsessive customer focus is what is going to drive profitability for our franchisees and independent agents.”

Closing out the final general session of the 2018 National Conference, Daly provided an introspective presentation on how everyone has their own story, and can use it to build connections and make an impact on other people’s lives. He then joined Senior Vice President of Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. Debbie Fiorino for “Champagne & Conversations,” where they had fun reflecting on their favorite moments and what they consider the key takeaways from this year’s National Conference.

“The last seven days have been filled with inspiration, networking, new friendships and fun,” said Daly. “This year’s National Conference ended on a high note and we will continue the momentum through 2019, picking up where we left off when we board Royal Caribbean International’s Symphony of the Seas for next year’s National Conference.”
