General session featured cruise line executive panel and trust expert
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (October 21, 2018) – The first full day of the 2018 Dream Vacations, CruiseOne® and Cruises Inc. ® National Conference started off strong with inspirational messages focused on trust and an insightful cruise line executive panel.
With the theme of “Go Anyway,” Senior Vice President Debbie Fiorino delivered a powerful message about trusting one’s instincts and having the courage to take a chance, using starting one’s own travel agency business as an example. She also reviewed all of the significant technology and marketing launches, awards, and sales results from the prior year. When discussing how to measure oneself and set personal and professional goals, Debbie reminded the audience “Don’t try to be better than someone else – try to be better than you were the day before.”
In what has become a signature feature of National Conference, the cruise line executive panel enables conference attendees to have their submitted questions answered and learn about the newest features and innovations directly from six prestigious industry thought leaders all at once.
