$116,000 Donated to Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida During Onboard Fundraisers at Dream Vacations, CruiseOne® and Cruises Inc.® 2018 National Conference

23 children with critical illnesses will receive their wishes

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (November 1, 2018) – For the past seven years, Make-A-Wish® has been the signature charity for Dream Vacations, CruiseOne®, Cruises Inc.® and parent company World Travel Holdings. Fundraising is always a core component of National Conference and this year, attendees raised more than $116,000, which means 23 children with critical illnesses will have their wishes granted.  

While aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s newly launched Norwegian Bliss, franchisees, agents, staff, and suppliers participated in a variety of fundraising activities such as silent auctions; Zumba at Sea presented by Celebrity Cruises®; and Norwegian Cruise Line granting attendees who make a donation exclusive access to the largest race track at sea for one night only.
