Franchise Development Manager
Joyce brings more than a decade of experience with World Travel Holdings to her role as Franchise Development Manager. She began her career on the direct-to-consumer side of the business before joining Corporate Recruiting in 2021 and transitioning to support the Dream Vacations “dream team” in 2025. With a degree in Business Administration, Joyce has extensive experience in recruitment, sales, business development, and leadership.
As a former business owner herself, Joyce understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. She enjoys connecting aspiring business owners with Dream Vacations franchise opportunities and helping them pursue their goals with confidence. She brings expertise, energy, and dedication to her role each day.
Joyce and her husband, Oscar, live on Bahia Beach in Ruskin, Florida, where they enjoy watching cruise ships sail through Tampa Bay – a fitting reflection of their shared passion for travel and exploration. We’re thrilled to have Joyce as part of the Dream Vacations team.
