Andrea has revolutionized franchisee engagement. She is passionate about creating in-person and virtual events that engage, educate and are fun. Because our franchisees are primarily home-based, these events provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to not only learn, but to network with each other and our headquarters team. The impetus behind every event she plans is to drive business results for our network of travel advisors, and they have proven to re-engage and re-energize franchisees, resulting in sales spikes among those who attend. She is responsible for planning our National Conference which is always aboard a new cruise ship; five Regional Trainings at hotels throughout the U.S.; and four Summits that focus on niche areas of business. In addition, Andrea has harvested a connection between staff and agents by joining them together to support our signature charity – Make-A-Wish®, creating an inclusive environment that encourages active participation by providing the franchisees an outlet to give back. In 2014, Andrea was recognized with Dream Vacations’ parent company’s annual Horizon Award, its most prestigious recognition that is given to an inspirational employee who embodies the core values of Pride, Passion, Teamwork and Velocity. Andrea’s Dream Vacation is diving the Great Barrier Reef.
